I’ve updated my website added new work;
Let me know what you think, it’s good to know.
Wow Cindy C looks uh – mazing. I love this shoot the light, the poses the make-up and hair.
The make-up is super flattering using golds, peaches and black for definition. Tanned skin will always look super glam and heathly. Cindy is in great shape and it shows.
The inspiration for this shoot was sixties youth, the cool London vibe…
For me I wanted the make up to be contemporary, I went with a strong brow, a blended mix of gold on the eye, a fresh pink cheek and a matte pink lip. In black and white this translated to soft contouring and textured lips.
For this shoot I used creams and illuminators, to create a gorgeous gold dewy look. For the hair I just curled random sections, added product for extra texture.
I love natural day light I don’t think you can beat it, unfortunately we don’t get enough sunshine in the U.K. So grab it when you can. This shoot which was shot by Efi Zachou started in the studio but moved outside as the light was so good. The story has a mix of outdoor and studio shots.
Styled by my good friend Peter Breen; using fabulous clothes from Machine – a, London’s uber cool fashion installation boutique.
It took me a long time to crimp Melina’s hair but I think it was worth it!
This is a short film made back in May when we prayed for a sunny day but it didn’t happen…. instead we got a darker more ambient light which I think gives the film more character and depth. Shot at my house in Oxfordshire what a day, my dog Ruby had a starring role I was a very proud mum.
